Aggregate Testing
Sieve analysis, flakiness and elongation index, specific gravity, water absorption, bulk density, crushing, impact, and 10 percent fines value for coarse and fine aggregates.

Service overview
Aggregates make up the largest share of any concrete mix and form the base layers of every road. If the gradation, shape, or strength of the aggregate is wrong, the concrete or pavement built on it will not perform, no matter how good the cement is. We test both coarse and fine aggregates so that the material reaching your site is known, not assumed.
Our testing covers gradation, particle shape, specific gravity, water absorption, bulk density, and mechanical strength. Each test is carried out as per the relevant parts of IS 2386 and IS 383, using calibrated sieves, balances, and testing machines.
Results are used for mix design, quarry and source approval, and routine quality control during construction. Reports are issued with the applicable IS Code reference so they can be submitted directly to consultants and government departments.
