Concrete Testing
Compressive strength of concrete cubes and cores, density, and workability testing of fresh and hardened concrete as per IS Codes.

Service overview
Concrete testing is essential to verify the quality, strength, and durability of structures. A mix can be designed correctly and still fall short on site because of water added at the pump, poor compaction, or inadequate curing. Cube results are the record that proves what was actually placed, which is why every pour on a serious project is backed by tested samples.
Our laboratory performs testing on both fresh and hardened concrete. We test cast cubes at 7 and 28 days, along with density and workability checks, following IS 516 and IS 1199, with acceptance judged against the grade requirements of IS 456.
Where cube results are disputed or missing, or where an existing structure needs assessment, we test cores extracted from the member itself. Accurate testing helps ensure structural safety, compliance with project specifications, and long term durability.
